Stress Echocardiography (Stress Echo) is a non-invasive cardiac test that combines exercise or medication-induced stress with echocardiography (ultrasound of the heart) to assess how well the heart functions when it is under stress. During the test, ultrasound images of the heart are taken before, during, and after stress.
