CD10 is a cell-surface protein (also known as Neprilysin or Common Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia Antigen, CALLA) found on certain normal and abnormal cells. The CD10 test is usually performed by flow cytometry or immunohistochemistry (IHC) to detect the presence and pattern of CD10 expression in tissue or blood samples.
